FAQ: Parquet Installers in Lichtenberg

What Does a Parquet Installer in Lichtenberg Charge for Installation?

Costs depend on the type of flooring, area, and on-site effort. For complex laying patterns such as herringbone or large-format plank floors, a surcharge is typically expected.

Does a Parquet Installer in Berlin-Lichtenberg Also Remove the Old Floor?

Yes, we remove carpet, laminate, or old parquet and prepare the subfloor for the new installation. What is necessary, from sanding to priming, is determined during the on-site appointment. These tasks are listed as separate items in the quote.

Which Floor Is Suitable for Underfloor Heating?

Bembé Parquet can be installed on almost all standard-compliant hot-water underfloor heating systems. It is essential that the screed is manufactured to standard and is ready for covering; the heating protocol is documented. The surface temperature must not exceed 29°C, and the thermal resistance of the flooring must not exceed 0.15 m²K/W. Due to possible joint formation, smaller parquet elements are better suited; beech and maple expand and contract more. We recommend deciding on parquet before the screed or heating installation. This allows connection heights and heating to be coordinated accordingly.

In which districts and locations does the parquet installer from Berlin-Lichtenberg operate?

Our studio in Lichtenberg primarily serves the east of Berlin: Lichtenberg and Hohenschönhausen, Friedrichshain, Prenzlauer Berg, Pankow and Weißensee, Marzahn-Hellersdorf, Treptow-Köpenick, Neukölln, as well as parts of Mitte. In the surrounding Brandenburg region, we are at your service in Strausberg, Erkner, Schönefeld, Königs Wusterhausen, Fürstenwalde/Spree, Eberswalde, and Frankfurt (Oder), among others. Is your location not listed? Please contact us, and we will direct you to the responsible Bembé studio. Western Berlin is served by our studio in Wilmersdorf. This means our parquet installers in Berlin are on hand for you in all districts of the city.

How Do You Recognize a Good Parquet Installer in Berlin-Lichtenberg?

Experience, references, and a personal consultation demonstrate the quality of a parquet company. A look at the showroom and previously installed floors provides additional confidence in the decision. Certifications and origin documentation also confirm the quality and origin of the material.
