St. Johannes Kindergarten Ladenburg – Oak Meisterparkett in English bond

For the new building of St. Johannes Kindergarten in Ladenburg, we installed our Oak Meisterparkett, Striped grade, across approximately 104 m². The Strip Parquet was fully glued, laid in an English bond pattern straight to the wall, and lacquered with a 1-component varnish – ideal for the daily demands of a daycare center.

A special highlight of the project is the complete staircase system: The treads and risers, including the intermediate landing, were covered with oak wood and fitted with non-slip rubber edges for the children’s safety. Children’s and adult handrails on both sides of the staircase provide additional protection. Solid oak strips, aluminum angle profiles, and cork strips complete the meticulous execution.

The result: a warm, bright parquet floor that harmoniously integrates into the colorful architecture with its striking yellow accent walls.
